WesTrac is seeking a resourceful Recruitment Administrator to join the People & Culture Team.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruitment Administrator is accountable for a broad range of administrative tasks including the coordination of interviews, pre-employment checks, entering contracts and data into the HRIS System (SuccessFactors), basic reporting as well as the coordination of labour hire employees and the NSW Business Induction process.

The Recruitment Team as a subset of the broader People and Culture Team is accountable for all Recruitment and Onboarding activities across NSW/ACT. This is a high volume, fast-paced role and our ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, resourcefulness and ability to show initiative and think on their feet.

**As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for**:

- Providing timely process support to the team (interview/medical bookings, managing new starter documentation, etc.);
- Managing the end-to-end labour hire process by liaising between agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are followed;
- Supporting programs and initiatives such apprentice intakes, graduate programs;
- Providing general administrative support to the Recruitment and broader People & Culture Team;
- Coordinating the monthly business induction and supporting the onboarding of our new starters.
