Overview

Irwin Legal is an independent, niche commercial and corporate law firm based in Perth. As we are a small firm, we strive to provide our Paralegals with unique, 'hands-on' experiences that are essential for their future careers.

We are presently looking to a PLT clerk (i.e. a recent graduate looking to complete the work experience component of their PLT studies).

The Position

The PLT clerk position would be for 1-2 days per week, commencing as soon as reasonably practicable.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in drafting documents and correspondence,
  • Undertaking legal research,
  • Assisting with Court attendances,
  • Filing and service of Court documents, and
  • Office and other legal/administrative duties.
