What's the job?
NOTE: You must hold full working rights to be considered for this role. You must be located in any of the areas above mentioned.
Day-to-day accountabilities:
- Offer a welcoming approach to all inbound and outbound communications with enquirers, applicants and offer holders.
- Assist with conversion of new students.
- Clearly articulating responses to prospects who are considering a course within the University.
- Work closely with recruitment team to prioritise and manage the pipeline.
- Support international Admissions and Enrolments team with student documentation and enrolment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the University's courses and campuses.

Who you are
- Previous experience in a similar position within the education sector preferably within international education
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and/or training
- Proven organisational and planning skills with an ability to manage competing deadlines while working under pressure, comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
