**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients in Austria.
- Provide detailed information about our medical tourism services to potential clients.
- Coordinate client journeys, including medical consultations, travel plans, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the Istanbul team to streamline processes and meet client needs.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to grow the company's presence in Austria.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in German** (required).
- Proficiency in **English** or **Turkish** as a second language (preferred).
- Experience in sales, customer service, or client coordination roles (experience in medical tourism is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
