**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a **Service Delivery Team Lead**in our Brisbane, QLD customer site based in Brisbane CBD.

This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery in alignment with contractual obligations, while managing on-site service personnel and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Please note - this is a 100% onsite role based at our customer site in Brisbane CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a positive customer experience by acting as a trusted advisor, completing all tasks to a high standard, and recommending efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that meet customers' design, communication, print, and distribution needs—while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of various service offerings, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved in line with contractual obligations.
- Effectively manage changes in priorities, schedules, and customer requirements, ensuring timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing resources, with a focus on aligning resourcing levels to workload demands to optimise operational efficiency.
- Drive employee performance and engagement, while supporting and delivering ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of capability building and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with team leaders across multiple sites, ensuring alignment and consistency in service delivery and operational standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to lead teams toward achieving measurable outcomes, with a focus on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience in a service delivery environment, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Background in Document Services, including expertise in areas such as mailroom operations, print services, and records management will be highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
