WesTrac are looking for a **Sustainability Advisor **to join our team based in South Guildford.

Reporting to the HSEQ Systems & Sustainability Manager, this individual provides consultation, education and advice to allocated WesTrac divisions to ensure operations are conducted in line with WesTrac policies, procedures and applicable legislation.

This position will ensure positive engagement of sustainability activities and initiatives are achieved in the business to support a culture that is Safe, Productive and Enjoyable.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Environment Management/Environmental Science or relevant experience.
- Lead Auditor in Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001 - desirable however not essential
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the mining or construction industries
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation and proven ability to interpret conditions
- Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
- Ability to work in an effective partnership with key stakeholders, autonomously and within a team environment
