Ausdrill are seeking a People & Sustainability Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for developing policies and strategies that foster a positive work environment, promoting company culture and values. You will assist with embedding of sustainability into our operations.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide a professional, enhanced customer service, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide sound advice to internal stakeholders in regard to HR policies, procedures, legislation and awards.
- Act as a trusted advisor for all Human Resource functions in the provision of Company policy and procedures.
- Develop and manage strong partnerships with the People function to deliver valuable, effective, and timely support to the business.
- Contribute to the development and/or implementation of fit-for-purpose HR projects, processes, and systems to build organisational and people capability.
- Assist with the embedding of sustainability into our operations.
- Support the needs of our people and communities, putting safety first and relating an inclusive culture.
- Care for our people and communities.
- Value the environment and enable the energy transition.
- Acting ethically and responsibly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or member of a recognised HR Institute.
- Previous experience in an advisory position.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR systems including ability to analyse and report HR data.
- Developing positive relationships and a high customer service focus.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills.
- Influence and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative driven and commitment to achieving outcomes.
- Flexible and adaptable with an ability to multitask.
