Known for its commitment to excellence, the company fosters a professional and supportive environment within its Accounting & Finance department.Job Description Lead and support the AP team in processing high-volume supplier invoices across multiple manufacturing sites Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions, including 3-way matching, payment runs, and reconciliations Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution Ensure compliance with internal controls, GST requirements, and manufacturing-specific procurement policies Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to support operational efficiency Partner with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to support production continuity and cost controls The Successful Applicant 5+ years' Accounts Payable experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior role Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to meet deadlines and performance targets Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, including reconciliations and payment runs Experience with Microsoft D365 and intermediate Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem solving What's on Offer Permanent role within a stable and growing retail organisation.
