About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience and skills in plant production and maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of plant care, from pruning and staking to potting and loading trucks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pruning and Staking: You will be responsible for pruning and staking plants to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Potting and Caring: You will assist with potting and caring for plants in our nursery, ensuring they receive the best possible conditions to thrive.
  • Loading Trucks: You will load trucks with plants for delivery, working efficiently and safely to meet deadlines.
  • Pruning and Maintenance: You will maintain plants to ensure optimal health and appearance, using your knowledge and skills to identify and address any issues.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required, just a willingness to learn and work hard. You will be supported by our experienced team and provided with ongoing training and development opportunities.
