Senior Infrastructure Design Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Design Manager to lead our design teams in delivering major transport infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall design management of delegated projects and work packages within the Transport function.
This role is based in Melbourne and will cater for projects locally as well as support national initiatives.
- Oversight of engineering design for projects and design packages to meet client requirements;
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through targeted activities;
- Effective leadership and management of the Design team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention, and professional development;
Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 10+ years' experience in Civil / Structural Engineering with a track record of achievement in a similar role;
- Experience in managing infrastructure projects of $1m+ successfully to budget and client specifications;
- Co-ordination, design, and delivery of designs within multi-disciplinary engineering projects;
- Working in an alliance environment, managing the interface between client stakeholders, and ensuring designs meet expectations;
- Excellent communication skills to advise and guide project design development proactively;
- Civil or Structural background.
