**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Group Head of IT, you will:

- Assist in the extraction, cleansing, and visualisation of data sets for reporting and/or auditing requirements.
- Build and support reports from operational data sources.
- Build and support operational dashboards from operations data sources.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
- Managing individual personal performance as required to ensure achievement of PeopleIn and development of self as a BI & Analytics Specialist

**What you need**
This role requires a person who can build productive relationships and thrives on rolling up their sleeves to collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

You will also have the following attributes:

- At least 2 years' experience working within a BI & Analytics role.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization of data
- Experience of Cloud technologies including Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL environments (in the context of being able to review data sets)
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with reporting services (SSIS, Building reports from SQL, Excel etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce (Salesforce reporting)
