ABOUT USABOUT THE ROLEDUTIES
  • Lead and support a team of Medical Coordinators to deliver high-quality service
  • Oversee the transition of ADF candidates through the medical and psychological assessment process
  • Manager candidate clinical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Track and report on service delivery metrics and team performance
  • Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support to healthcare staff
  • Work closely with the DFR Regional Operations Manager WA/NT to align with operational goals
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience in a healthcare, administrative or coordination role (Defence or recruitment experience highly regarded)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining of confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
