Key responsibilities include: Leading daily operations with a people-first mindsetFostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practiceBuilding relationships with families, community stakeholders and regulatory bodiesMaintaining compliance and embedding the NQF and EYLF into every facet of the programDriving enrolments and occupancy through reputation and results About you: You will likely be an experienced Assistant Director, Educational Leader, or Centre Director/Manager who is ready for their next challenge.

You will also need: A Diploma (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood EducationThe typical documentation - food safety, first aids, etc 2-3+ years in a leadership role within a long-day care contextConfidence with quality frameworks, compliance and QIP developmentA calm, collaborative and motivating leadership stylePrior experience supporting an Assessment and Rating visit (desirable) What next?
