The responsibilities of the Program Communication & Digital Specialist will include developing and implementing a comprehensive communications and engagement plan in partnership with the business, managing program content across the RTA's digital communication channels and collaborating with stakeholders to champion the changes brought about by the transformation program.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Digital communication and internal communication experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing an enterprise-wide, comprehensive communications and engagement plan that covers all phases of the program for the RTA and its customer groups.
- Experience developing, editing, designing and publishing engaging, accurate and timely written and visual content on digital channels including intranet sites, eNewsletters and more.
- Ability to learn and adhere to the RTA's written and visual style guides, applicable corporate standards and policies, and Queensland Government digital security protocols, procedures and standards.
- Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders, regularly engaging and reporting on the ongoing developments of the transformational Program.
- Acting as a change agent and championing the changes brought about by the transformation program.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external stakeholder engagement activities and educational events to support the successful implementation of the program.
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities, be open to feedback and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Survey Monkey, Vision 6 or similar and Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is essential.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
