Program Communication Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless project transitions within the program. It involves developing and executing communication strategies that maintain transparency, facilitate collaboration, and foster a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Job Description:The Communications Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing communication plans that effectively convey key milestones, changes, and project updates to internal stakeholders. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, raising awareness about program initiatives, and providing timely support to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining strong teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills to define problems or objectives, analyze information, and contribute to workplace equity and diversity.
- Capacity to adapt priorities quickly as circumstances dictate, manage workload effectively, and deliver results within established timeframes.
