We have an exciting opportunity of a **Customer Service Officer** to join our team located at Malaga, WA.

**Your New Role**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will work within a supportive team, and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal customers, process telephone sales by taking orders, providing over the phone quotations, a and attending to other sales related activities.

**You will bring**:

- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical or similar industries (advantageous)
- Intermediate level computer skills
