**About the Opportunity**:
The Workforce Demand Planning Manager for Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) will develop and manage a sustainable process and system to deliver decision quality information regarding demand forecasts for the MCS business unit. This role involves managing planning, facilitation, and delivery of workforce demand solutions, integrating with ASC's Workforce Planning Strategy, and leading significant workforce strategy initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop an interim solution for resource demand clarity at a job role level.
- Create an integrated Workforce Demand Signalling process.
- Review, design, and implement solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Manage and analyse complex data sets to improve service delivery.
- Lead workforce strategy initiatives and projects.
- Provide input and oversight on partnerships with external service providers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a sustainable and reliable process.
**About You**:
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a complex project environment.
- Ability to effectively explore problems and develop successful solutions.
- Experience working with complex data, developing reporting, and data analytics.
- Expertise in workforce planning practices and strategies.
- Experience leading workforce related projects and meeting deadlines.
- Practical experience in stakeholder management in a complex project environment.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with high level written and verbal communication skills.
**Eligibility**:
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance. To check your eligibility, please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
