Content Manager - Amplified Intelligence
Amplified Intelligence are currently looking to find an experienced Content Manager to build content
topic strategy for commercial outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team with all thing's strategy, development, distribution, and
measurement messaging. From sales and service to websites and socials, you will have a flair for the
creative and a customer journey lens to develop a content topic strategy to stimulate growth.
The Role
This leadership role will build a framework and foundation to oversee the development, distribution,
and strategic efforts of creating messaging to inform audiences and foster company growth. Growing
to manage a content team in a collaborative and project-based role to produce a content strategy
from start to finish, you will also be responsible for monitoring web traffic and metrics to harness best
practices.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and create a content strategy from the ground up with short-term and long-term
marketing targets
Design, implement and drive the messaging framework
Drive best practice and guidelines for content strategy and implementation
Focus on achieving deliverables through strategy
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and
layout
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users' engagement metrics
Manage the customer performance of content produced
Educate others across all experience levels in content management from a customer journey
lens
Performing regular content audits to ensure content is accurate, optimized, updated, and
relevant to the consumer

Skills and Experience
3+ years' experience as a Content Manager
Experience working with a Software as a Service Product is desirable
Must have experience setting up content strategy and content function
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Must have prior experience using Figma
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Adaptable and flexible to change, developing systems and procedures as appropriate
A team player who is prepared to bring others in the team on the journey with them
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise, working to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications or Marketing is desired
however not essential
Significant stakeholder engagement and drive to be solution focussed, positively 'leaning in'
where required
