We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team. As a Digital Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our online presence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand website update requirements
- Implement changes to website content and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate and publish new content, including documents, images, and multimedia elements
- Conduct regular website maintenance activities, such as checking for broken links and outdated information
- Provide support and training to users on content management systems
- Monitor website analytics and report on website performance
- Previous experience in digital content management or a similar role
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks within given deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards
