The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of quality and safety within aged care services across Australia. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining exceptional content on our SharePoint platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and create compelling content for the client's SharePoint platform.
  • Organise, categorise, and maintain content on SharePoint to ensure it is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to ensure content meets the client's standards, style guidelines, and best practices.
  • Optimise content for readability, user-friendliness, and accessibility, considering the diverse needs of our audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with relevant regulations and policies in the client's specific sector.
  • Monitor content performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the SharePoint content.
  • Create user guides and documentation to assist staff in utilising SharePoint effectively for content management.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience following documented processes to provide efficient outcomes and identify opportunities to improve and add value.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to the effectiveness and overall success of the team by effectively managing personal workloads, handling competing priorities, and working autonomously.
