At this fast-growing firm, with a large customer base around Australia, you will get hands-on experience during the IT Support Internship.As the IT Support Intern, you will provide assistance and support to your clients to make sure all IT infrastructure and network systems run smoothly.
Working alongside your L2 and L2 IT Support colleagues, you will be mentored and trained in areas such as Windows Server, Active Directory, ITIL, Virtualisation and Azure.

IT Support Internship Responsibilities: Maintaining your key client computer systems including hardware and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft ApplicationsTroubleshooting issues with Windows 10 and Office 365Ensure optimal performance across all IT systems so employees can maintain a high level of productivityProviding technical assistance with hardware and software to all end users in the workplaceLog bugs and enhancement requestsResolving IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronicallyMaintaining the job ticket system and liaising with L2 support to escalate complex issues What will you learn during your IT Support Internship?
