**Executive Manager - Digital Strategy and Governance**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Executive Manager for Digital Strategy and Governance to join our team. This position will be based at St Leonards in Sydney; however, we may consider other locations for the right applicant.

The primary purpose of the Executive Manager role is to support and partner with the Director - Digital Strategy and Governance on core activities related to governance, strategy development and enablement of the digital and data transformation.

**What you will bring**

To succeed in this role, you will be analytical, structured and disciplined but comfortable in working through ambiguity to drive results. You will also possess strong business fundamentals across the following skills areas, including developing and delivering presentation, collaboration, interpersonal, time management, problem solving, work quality and attention to detail.
- 5+ years in top tier management consulting or 8+ years in corporate strategy function with a ASX 50 organisation or similar background in another professional context
- Experience in strategy development and governance of large complex projects
- Self-starter who willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
- Strong sense of ownership, accountable for outcomes
- Health care and/or digital experience (desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in computer Science, engineering, management or other related field and ideally an MBA / post graduate business degree
