The Digital Account Manager plays a vital role in leading the day-to-day digital operations for multiple clients.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that all briefs are answered comprehensively and within an agreed timeline.
Digital Operations ManagementThis individual will manage input from creative partners to ensure the development of high-quality ideas and oversee the media implementation process across all interactive channels.
Integrated PlanningThe Digital Account Manager will plan across connected channels and work closely with specialist product teams (Offline/Direct Digital/Social/Programmatic/Performance/Search/SEO/Analytics) to provide a seamless experience for clients.
Media Buying and PlanningResponsibilities include buying media directly with digital publishers, especially where integrated partnerships are involved.
Offline ExperienceA basic level of experience with offline media channels is required, working with dedicated offline traders.
Campaign ManagementThe Digital Account Manager drives the digital strategy within the team, collaborating closely with strategy and specialist teams to execute communications strategy across all digital channels.
Key Skills and Responsibilities- Strong understanding of performance digital channels
- Ability to plan and execute media campaigns that meet business objectives and KPIs such as sales and lead conversions
- Support on new business pitches
