An established Consulting Business in Macquarie Park is looking for a strong Help Desk Support Engineer to help assist with Operations. Great Career advancements and work hard play hard mentality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide Level 1/2 support to 250 end users
- Knowledge within the Microsoft environment and Mac environment.
- Manage Routers and Firewalls.
- Provide on-site service and training to customers.
**What you need to be successful within this role**:
- 2+ years of technical support and desktop experience.
- Microsoft virtualisation/VMware.
- Strong knowledge with LAN, WAN, Active Directory, VLAN, routers, firewalls, and network switches.
- IT technical skills across various disciplines, such as SQL, Microsoft Office database management, and networking and security.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
