At **BaptistCare**, we're passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive. We're looking for an experienced **HR Business Partner** to join our People team on a **12-month fixed-term contract**.

**About the Role**

You'll partner with leaders across our **Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio**, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading complex case management and employee relations matters
- Supporting leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability building
- Driving initiatives that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture

**About You**

We're seeking an experienced HR professional who brings:

- Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes
- Strength in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leaders
- Proven HR/ER experience in complex, unionised environments
- Relevant HR qualifications (or equivalent experience)
- Genuine alignment with BaptistCare's values

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
