**About the Company**

As an Industry leader you will proudly represent this highly regarded brand. Reporting to the Senior Employee Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing practical and commercially relevant advice on HR and ER matters, industrial instruments and employment laws.

**About the role**
- Support the development, negotiation and approval of Enterprise Agreements
- Supporting resolution of employee grievances
- Undertake workplace investigations and advising the business with recommended course of action
- Coaching managers/supervisors on their ER obligations
- Provide management with up to date industrial / employee relations advice and information
- Project work as directed by the HR Director

**About you**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Approximately 5 years' experience in a unionized industrial environment effectively managing dispute resolution, interpreting employment conditions and supporting the negotiation of collective agreements
- Experience with the Federal IR jurisdiction
- Relevant Degree
- Full working rights in Australia
