We are looking for a purchasing/procurement professional with strong data analytical skills and sound knowledge of purchasing system and process to join our Supply Chain team based at our Jandakot office.

**What You Will Do**
- Undertake data modelling and data analysis to extract useful data and information to drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement procurement analytics capability (including dashboard and reports)
- Maintain system parameters and user access in ERP purchasing module (i.e. SAP) and other procurement systems (e.g. VendorPanel), and coordinate system functional level changes.
- Develop, maintain and implement purchasing process, guidelines and tools.
- Engage and provide ongoing trainings and support to purchasing officers, and ensure purchasing processes are complied with.
- Provide general support to the Supply Chain team as required

**What will you bring**:

- Good data modelling and data analytical skills and experience. Experience in using PowerBI highly desirable.
- Good understanding of ERP purchasing module, including workflow and system parameters. Experience in SAP highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly developed computer skills and system administration experience highly desirable.
