Our client, a leading local council committed to enhancing community living, is seeking a proactive and innovative **Team Leader** to join their esteemed team. Partnering with Public Sector People, we are excited to offer this 12-month contract opportunity to passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference.

**About the Role**: As the **Team Leader Development Contributions**, you will spearhead efforts to develop innovative and effective development contribution plans and planning agreements, aligning with the council's strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading a dynamic team to deliver impactful outcomes that contribute to the overall success of the council.
- Collaborating proactively with other business units, including Finance and Project Delivery teams, to ensure optimal use of development contributions and efficient management of planning agreements.
- Driving planning and reporting activities related to development contributions and planning agreements, while managing strategic, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.

**Job Requirements**: To excel in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and delivering successful development contribution plans and planning agreements.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to lead strategic and diverse projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations.
