Key Responsibilities:

  • Role-modeling exemplary leadership, supporting, and growing the next generation of engineering leaders at our organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and Develop: Measure, monitor, and continuously improve the performance and reliability of applications you are responsible for.
  • Delivery Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate and Coach: Lead as a coach and advisor to your direct reports, aligning your team with organizational objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicate Effectively: Advocate for the engineering team's needs, communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

About You:

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing software development teams and a proven track record of building and maintaining good team culture.
  • Share expertise and experience to support the growth of a culture of continuous empathy towards customers among your team.
  • Attributes and motivations to grow talent in the team, identifying skill gaps and ensuring a clear strategy to close those gaps.
  • Coach the team on Agile software engineering practices, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Lead Engineering teams to adopt DevSecOps tools and practices, through pairing, mentoring, coaching, and collaboration.
