**Company**: Is a lender with their own balance sheet and global operations focused on business lending. In Australia, they are using their superior digital finance platform to allow commercial equipment dealers to Quote, Credit approve, document and finance all sorts of commercial assets, such as: Technology, Telephony, Printing, Office equipment, Security equip, Healthcare, Green energy etc...

**Opportunity**: Commercial lending is where the big career options are. A motivated person can go far with this global lender.

**Role**: Will be focused on keeping the deals flowing through the system, compliance checking them and ensuring that the dealer get paid as fast and painlessly as possible.

With highly automated systems, not everything goes though smoothly, so a big part of this role is about keeping the deals rolling through and using dealer (introducer) and end customer contact to improve the business relationship by being quick to respond and get the problem fixed first time.

This role is the key compliance checking function to ensure the finance has been correctly done before the dealer is paid and the customer takes away the goods.

1. Tertiary qualifications are preferred and this is a great way to get into commercial finance
3. Strong communication skills and customer service ethic
4. Someone showing development potential into Credit or Account Management
