Located in the heart of Chippendale, Kensington Street is a unique foodie laneway, home to over 30 eateries, restaurants, and shops.

Our office works across the following venues: Spice Alley (10+ vendors), Gavroche, Eastside Bar & Grill, Olio, The Terrace by Olio, The Private Kitchen, Mekong, Bistro, Apera, Viet and Holy Duck.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team and take marketing ownership on a selection of venues.
To be successful in this role you must be organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of delivering creative ideas from concept through to completion.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working with our venues on marketing strategy & planning
- Social media management, content creation
- EDM creation using MyGuestList
- Database management & growth
- Promotions - create concepts and set up
- Events - create concepts, marketing set up, manage ticket sales.
- Menu updates
- Branding
- Website management
- Participate in creative brainstorm meetings

**Required**:

- Degree or certificate in Marketing or Journalism
- Experience in marketing, social media and EDMs
- A genuine interest in Sydney's dining scene and what's on. Preferably have experience working in restaurant marketing.
- Can work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mind with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent writing skills - this role requires compelling storytelling across different mediums.
- Proficient in Microsoft office

We are looking for someone to start ASAP. Hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday, permanent-full time
