**_ About the Role:_**

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as our Retail Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring excellence in communications, support, and service to our retail portfolio. An administrative support role based with the Retail head office team, no day will be the same as you assist with administrative function for marketing and operations departments and be a key contact for Store Managers and information sharing as directed.

You will be responsible for preparing and distributing various communications and collateral both regular and ad hoc to stores, and owning key communication tools and portals by coordinating information from the head office team and delivering to stores in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, working closing with both Head Office and Retail Stores.

**What you will bring**:

- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft - Excel, Word and Outlook.
- High attention to detail, dependable, flexibility and the ability to work within a supportive Sales team
- Strong time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising)
- Strong communication skills - being clear, concise and constructive.
- Previous experience in retail store or hospitality business, Customer Service or an office environment highly regarded
- Confidence and commitment to work autonomously
- Ability to build strong internal relationships
- A current "full" driver's license and vehicle
