Job Title: Retail Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our retail operations, while delivering exceptional service experiences at every touchpoint.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to work closely with our brand team, store teams, and head office to build meaningful relationships with clients, create a seamless omnichannel experience, and expand brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail:
    • Assist in opening new stores across the country.
    • Translate global guidelines and standards at a local level with Retail teams.
    • Coordinate internal events and trainings with Retail teams.
    • Monitor and support stores with clienteling performance.
  • People:
    • Support stores with finding cover and coordinate new starter inductions.
    • Collate monthly hours worked by employees for payroll purposes.
  • Operations:
    • Work alongside the Brand Manager to resolve operational issues in stores and ensure operational standards are respected.
  • Wholesale:
    • Attend to existing Wholesale accounts with new seasons ordering, shipping, and reorders.
    • Assist in opening selected new accounts across the country.
  • Marketing:
    • Coordinate seasonal sample sets and Press products call-ins.
    • Organize local gifting plans and assist in events execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working effectively in a busy Retail environment.
  • Experience with event coordination and stock management would be beneficial.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent PC skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
