We are seeking motivated Mortgage Brokers to join our team in two specialized roles:
**Commission-Only **and **New Business Acquisition**.

As a Commission-Only Mortgage Broker, you will enjoy full flexibility and autonomy in managing your workload while benefiting from a competitive commission structure, including upfront and trail commission splits.

Alternatively, if you have a knack for acquiring new business and enjoy earning bonus incentives, our New Business Acquisition role offers the flexibility to develop your own strategies and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client consultations to understand their mortgage needs and provide expert advice on suitable financing options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure favorable loan terms for clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and referral partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in mortgage lending.
- Certificate or diploma in a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
