We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Communications Associate** to support the delivery of quality communications to customers, by drafting outcome letter templates and enclosures with care and accuracy as part of the Financial Advice Customer Response Initiative.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deliver a signature customer experience by providing clear outcomes to customers in writing by following prescribed methodology
- Compile, review and sign-off of customer communications and other collateral including customer letters and enclosures
- Ensure communications are accurate in that they reflect the assessment outcome and contain the correct customer details
- Managing workflow and prioritising cases in line with prioritisation matrix
- Peer review of customer letters and enclosures

**What you will bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in communications or related area
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team to collectively meet and exceed daily volume targets
- Experience in writing and editing written content
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
