Change and Communications Associate

Sydney CBD and Work from home - hybrid

12 Months + contract

We are seeking a motivated Change and Communications Associate to join our Associate Program - the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career in new and emerging technologies at a global organisation.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Change and Communications projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and visual.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in project management, communications, or program coordination.
  • Ability to support project planning and execution across technology initiatives.
  • Proficiency in creating & managing communication plans & materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops, and working sessions across teams.
  • Ability to drive reporting, status updates & project documentation for internal stakeholders & executive leadership.
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring deliverable and time lines are met.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required and driving resolutions.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
