Community Support Associate

We are seeking highly skilled Community Support Associates to join our team. As a Community Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and personal care to individuals with disabilities.

You will provide a range of community living services to assist people with disabilities to be actively involved in their local community, valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster which includes days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekend shifts
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • A willingness to provide an NDIS Worker Check
  • Able to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
  • A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks
  • Good computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1, 2, and booster)
