The Role

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for executing a range of tasks to deliver marketing objectives across the Bellrock group. As part of a dynamic inhouse team you will contribute to delivering seamless inhouse and external promotions and events, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will support Bellrock's marketing activities including:

  • Executing Bellrock's digital marketing strategy including data analytics and reporting
  • Ongoing management of the marketing database
  • Social media content creation and scheduling
  • Creating and editing reports and presentations including layout design, formatting and proofreading
  • Drafting inhouse and external communications including EDM
  • Planning and execution of strategic client and partner events
  • Updates to website
About You / Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar; graduate or up to 2 years of experience
  • Willingness to contribute to a high-performance team environment with a positive and proactive approach
  • Ability to build rapport and foster professional relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • High level of care and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve with a balance of creativity and practicality
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs; Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded
  • Experience across marketing platforms (website, EDM, CRM)
