Are you a seasoned Change and Release Management professional looking for your next challenge? NRI is seeking a skilled **ITSM Change and Release Specialist** to join our team in Perth, WA. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless change and release processes, minimising service disruptions, and maintaining operational stability in a dynamic IT environment.

**About the Role**

As the Change and Release Specialist, you will manage end-to-end change and release activities within ITSM environments, acting as the central point of communication for stakeholders. You'll leverage your expertise to foster collaboration, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure adherence to established processes to achieve operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of change and release management to minimise risks and disruptions to IT services.
- Act as the primary communication hub, delivering timely updates to stakeholders, including IT teams, senior management, and business users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Collect, analyse, and present data to produce high-quality reports for senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements while managing multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, focusing on quality and operational stability.

**Experience Required**
- Proven expertise in coordinating change and release management activities within ITSM environments.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide practical solutions.
- Self-starter with a commitment to delivering exceptional services.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- ITIL 4 certifications (ideally)
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and release management platforms.
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of deployment automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of risk management and impact assessment in change and release contexts.
