Role

IT Service Management Process Coordinator will provide support to the ITSM Process Manager and assist to enhance the IT Service Management toolset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance in relation to strategic and operational management of ITIL-based processes.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Key experience
  • Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITIL framework)
  • Proficiency in Change, Configuration, Event and Release Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
  • Experience working within Enterprise scale environments would be ideal.
  • Relevant ITIL/ITSM industry certifications will be highly regarded.
