We are currently seeking a Commercial & Customer Relations Officer for one of our clients in Perth. As the Marketing & Customer Relations Officer will assist with the Customer Relationship Management Process, including the management of the data contained in the Dynamics 365 software system, and further promote and assist users with the system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in reviewing and updating the existing marketing plan and customer engagement plan
- Provide insight and guidance on current best practice in customer surveys
- Prepare processes and documents to collate data
- Ensure all details of participants are current
- Assist with monitoring responses and follow ups for completion
- Assist with the collation of participants results as well as completing internal data analysis
- Coordinate customer liaison visits
- Collate and supply the necessary documents for customer visits
- Ensure all data is captured in Dynamics 365
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and Board Papers to communicate the outcomes of the result
- Encourage important customer interactions to be recorded in Dynamics.
- Carry out monthly reports of duplicates detection for companies and contacts, correcting any errors.
- Record, update, and maintain information integrity about the Ports customers and stakeholders
- Assist super users and system owners to ensure system integrity and functionality is maintained
- Carry out and arrange training
- Provide support to users
- Create and distribute agenda & notes for meetings, taking minutes. Send out reminders to selected employees to update Dynamics meetings to meet reporting requirements
- Respond to inquiries from external customers and re-directs them to relevant sources where necessary.
- Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts with Port customers.

**Technical, Professional and Specialist Skills**:

- Knowledge and understanding of marketing and customer management principles and practices
- Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Developed conceptual, research and analytical skills
- Developed organisational and planning skills

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce and/or Marketing
- Knowledge of marketing and customer engagement plans

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the Marine Industry
- Understanding of Port environment
- Experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system
