We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Production and Warehouse Operator** to join our team in Mordialloc. This is an excellent opportunity as full on-the-job training provided—no prior experience required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing of foam cushions**: Operating machinery, trimming, and bagging
- **Masonite cutting**: Operating cutting equipment and packing finished products
- **General warehousing duties**: Including picking orders and assisting with loading/unloading vehicles as needed

**Position Details**:

- **Employment Type**: Full-time (permanent or casual options available)
- **Hours**: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- **Location**: Mordialloc, Victoria

**Requirements**:

- No experience necessary—full training will be provided
- Forklift licence is preferable but not essential
