Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Alex Group Aus is a leading bathware wholesaler with subsidiary brands Aulic and Lafeme, seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Deliver products to retail stores as required.
- Provide service support for end-users on smart toilet, LED mirror/shaving cabinet, and bathroom vanity products.
Requirements:
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
- Forklift license is preferable but not necessary.
