We are actively seeking a proactive and customer-focused
**Online New Vehicle Sales Manager** to join our team. In this newly created role, you'll steer our dealership's success story. Your mission? Managing incoming phone and internet inquiries for new cars, ensuring absolute customer satisfaction, and engaging potential buyers effectively.

You'll lead the charge in finalising deals, coordinating appointments for our sales team, and maintaining an up-to-date online vehicle inventory. Your inventory will captivate attention with accurate pricing, compelling comments, captivating images, and engaging videos.

**Guiding Your Triumph**
Your primary focus will involve identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through rapidly and professionally responding to incoming sales calls and online enquiries, strategic cold calls, precise lead tracking and efficiently schedule appointments for our showroom sales experts.

As a key member of the New Vehicle sales team, you'll foster strong stakeholder relationships, enhancing brand perception and dealership promotion, building customer loyalty by understanding their goals and providing comprehensive guidance and exceptional service, showcasing your deep product knowledge.

Mastery in vehicle inventory management, optimising turnover and competitive pricing, will be central. Your strength lies in closing sales, both over the phone and online, handling objections, negotiating prices, and suggesting add-on services. You'll facilitate interdepartmental collaboration by introducing customers to additional offerings like Parts and Service.

An essential requirement is a strong foundation in vehicle sales, with prior familiarity with the Volkswagen product range being highly advantageous.
