Autoleague have a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, career focused and hands-on New Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee all activities related to the sale of new cars with the potential to work with various flagship brands. You will be providing leadership and direction to sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all activities related to the sale of new cars, with potential to work with flagship brands.
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Understand new vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
  • Manage new car stock to maximise profit and ensure a positive return on stock investment.
  • Motivate and drive the team to achieve targets with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
  • Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination.
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in automotive sales is essential.
