Implementation Consultant

**This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving Fintech environment to assume an Implementation Consultant role for pControl Platform across APAC.**

With a strong global network, we provide next generation Fund Processing, NAV Solutions and Asset Allocation technology enabled solutions to a range of clients in Asia Pacific and around the world including Investment Managers, Banks, Life Companies, Pension Funds, Custodians and Fund Administrators.

**Job Summary**

The role will be responsible for Business Implementations and working closely with Clients and internal team members to deliver the pControl Platform within Asia Pacific, directed by Milestone Group's senior management team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Bringing your knowledge of pControl, you will have an appropriate mix of related business and technology skills from experience in the asset management and fund operations space.

The position works closely alongside Product Delivery, Product managers, Product Quality Assurance, Technology & Deployment to deliver new and enhanced pControl product functionality to clients, which includes:

- Be a part of the Professional Services team with specific product client implementation activity e.g., assist with governance, data configuration, product technical input & deployment activities
- Support Product Delivery on the pControl platform as defined by the Product Managers
- Working in an Agile environment which includes documenting pControl user stories and validating functional requirements with the technical stakeholders such as developers, through to initial business testing and signoff, ready for client implementations.
- Engage as part of a team for new business and clients "use case" demonstrations
- Understand and support pControl End to End (E2E) "Operating Model" scenarios for Demonstration and Client Implementation purposes.
- pControl Business Lead at Deployments, Client Engagement, and Implementation Workshops e.g., PControl Operational Workshops (pOW's)
- Collaborative engagement with stakeholders across the business to communicate deployed pControl Client Implementations and handover to Product Training & Global Support Services
- Be the "bridge" between Business Implementations Consultants and Technical teams (Development and Rules/Configuration teams)

**What will you do?**
- Support business driven initiatives across new Implementations, Client upgrades and data related activities
- Be the "SME" at our pControl Operational Workshops (pOW) for pControl Deployments & Onboarding
- Follow Agile delivery principles including producing Client User Stories for pControl changes & enhancements
- Ability to Analyse, solution, document, configure, test & deliver the pControl Platform.
- Be the bridge to effectively communicate between Implementations & Technical teams.
- Can manage your time and to prioritise time critical activities

**Work Environment**

Milestone Group's head office for APAC is located in Sydney. This role is available with flexible hybrid work arrangements which will be discussed and agreed through the interview process.
