- **About the Role**
- Our **Workforce Planners** are key to the payroll and rostering process for employees in our Aged Care Centres. The position will be based across our Aged Care Centres in the **Eurobodalla Region (Moruya and Dalmeny).**
- We have a unique opportunity for a **Workforce Planner **to join our team on a part-time basis with minimum **32 hours per week working from 11:00am to 7.30pm**. Weekend and varied shift work may be required in this role.
- **As a Workforce Planner, you will**:

- Develop schedules in line with business needs.
- Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources.
- You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.
- Manage contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences, and assess requirement for backfilling or additional shifts
- Ensure compliance to all company and industry guidelines
- Set new staff up on the systems

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Previous experience in Rostering and/or other similar position
- Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- High level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
- Payroll Certification (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
