**Responsibilities**:
This role will be dedicated to crafting and executing Macmahon's strategic plan aimed at significantly enhancing our sustainability performance.

**About the role**
- Continuously track and evaluate environmental and sustainability metrics, ensuring alignment with the evolving project program.
- Champion the business's efforts in climate transition planning.
- Shape the mid and long-term ESG strategic vision, leveraging insights from both internal and external experts.
- Spearhead the promotion of Macmahon's ESG performance.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Environment/Sustainability or similar.
- Proven track record in a comparable role within the mining or civil sectors.
- In-depth expertise in statutory requirements and regulations.
