About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to support, facilitate and coordinate the Deadly Start Traineeship Program and State-wide First Nations Cadetship Program (thereafter referred to as The Programs) implementation and provide ongoing support.
About you
Ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and management of projects aligned with the strategic goals of the First Nations Training Pathway Program team.
Lead recruitment and onboarding for allocated cluster of Hospital and Health Services, ensure onboarding is completed in a timely manner and meet allocated commencement deadlines.
Support ongoing program improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and achieve improved health outcomes for First Nations people.
Build and sustain strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, families, schools, clinicians, and other project teams, to support and advocate for The Program's focus areas and objectives.
Effectively engage with people and communities from First Nations and cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
