Due to a period of growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic person with attention to detail to join our NDIS team in Western Australia.

The purpose of the NDIS Support Coordinator and Team Leader position is to provide quality support coordination to clients as well as provide supervision of the NDIS Team. Ideally, this should be 70% Support Coordination and 30% Supervision duties.

**About the role**
- Supervision of NDIS Support Coordinators, Support Workers, Rostering Officer and Liaison Officer. Escalating any issues and concerns to the Manager where and when necessary.
- Training, coaching and mentoring staff
- Ensure Service contracts are adhered to with the direction of the Manager.
- Assisting with onboarding of new clients, preparing and organising Service Agreement.
- Supporting the implementation of the participant's NDIS plan.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with participants, families and other stakeholders.
- Assisting in recording, maintaining and updating NDIS participant records.
- Assisting in scheduling and supporting a team of support workers to deliver services to participants.
- Ensuring delivery of NDIS services according to the relevant legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures.

**About You**
- Experienced in providing all levels of support coordination.
- Experienced in drafting Service Agreements.
- Confident in supervising and mentoring a team
- Hands-on experience with Supported Independent Living (SIL).
- Ability to mentor and support a team of mental health and disability support workers.
- Experience with managing rosters.
- Experience in supporting high-intensity NDIS participants with complex needs, Complex ASD, complex mental health, and challenging behaviors.
